In this case, we are looking at a 62-year-old Caucasian female with a diagnosis of cardiovascular disease and diabetes who presents to her primary care physician’s office with decreased appetite, feeling fatigued, loss of interest, increase in sleep, and episodes of crying spells for the past four weeks.
