Smoking Cessation Therapy Nicotrol Inhaler Discontinued

The Nicotrol Inhaler (nicotine inhalation system) has been discontinued by Pfizer.

The Nicotrol® Inhaler (nicotine inhalation system) has been discontinued by Pfizer.

Originally approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 1997, the Nicotrol Inhaler is indicated as an aid to smoking cessation for the relief of nicotine withdrawal symptoms. It is expected that supply of the product will be exhausted in late August 2023.
